Naysa grew up in New Delhi and studies the IB Diploma at Jayshree Periwal International School in Jaipur, taking Economics, Global Politics and Maths at Higher Level.
Her work starts from one question: why do farmers lose value at every step between the field and the market? She began with the soil. As co-founder of AgriBOT, she helped turn a prototype rover into a tool that gives smallholders field-level soil readings and exact fertiliser doses, later scaled with Haryana's Irrigation Department across 3,000+ farmers. Field pilots showed her a second problem, stored grain rotting while prices swung, so she co-founded GrainOS, an $18 sensor and model that tells farmers and godown owners whether to hold or sell.
She then looked at the rules around the farm. She leads Lawify, an AI platform that explains land records, credit documents and pension schemes in plain language. As a research apprentice she studied whether Minimum Support Price reaches Haryana's farmers; the paper is published in IJSSRR and her policy brief was accepted by the Haryana government.
Outside her projects, she is a two-time Best Team winner at the Indian National Debating Championship, Borneo Open champion, House Captain, LAMDA-trained performer and PADI Open Water diver.
